Who we are
FILMman Studio is a drone, video, photography and social media business based in Portishead, run as a sole trader. You can reach us at hello@filmman.studio.
What we collect
When you use the enquiry form we collect what you type into it:
- your name and your phone number or email
- what you would like filmed, where, and when
- how you would like us to get back to you
- anything extra you choose to tell us
We do not ask for anything else, and we do not collect payment details on this website.
Why we use it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry and to prepare a quote. If we end up working together we will also use them to arrange and deliver the work. We do not sell your details and we do not use them for anything unrelated.
Who sees it
Only FILMman Studio. We use a small number of services to run this website and receive your enquiry, and they handle your details on our behalf only to do that:
- Cloudflare, which hosts this website and runs the spam check described below
- Resend, which delivers your enquiry from the form to our inbox
Spam protection
To stop automated spam, the enquiry form uses Cloudflare Turnstile. When you use the form, Turnstile looks at technical information from your browser, such as your IP address and browser type, to tell a person from a bot. We do not see or use that information ourselves. Cloudflare may store a small amount of data on your device for this check, which is strictly necessary for it to work. It is not used for advertising or analytics.
How long we keep it
We keep your enquiry for as long as we need it to reply and to deal with any work that follows, and then we delete it.
Cookies
This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies. The spam check above is the only other thing that may store data on your device.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we use it. Email hello@filmman.studio and we will respond.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your details you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
